How can we help?
We set the discipline that applies engineering, physics, engineering mathematics, and materials science principles to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. It is one of the oldest and broadest of the engineering disciplines since early times.
Technically, mechanical engineering is the application of the principles and problem-solving techniques of engineering from design to manufacturing to the marketplace for any object. Mechanical engineers analyze their work using the principles of motion, energy, and force.

Steel Mill Rolls, Forged Rolls, Cast Iron Rolls, TC Rolls and Rings, and HSS Rolls
Steel Mill Rolls
Steel mill rolls are critical components in steel rolling mills, used to shape and form steel into various products like sheets, plates, bars, and profiles. We offer a wide range of high-quality steel mill rolls, designed to meet the specific requirements of different rolling processes and steel grades.
Types of Steel Mill Rolls:
- Work Rolls: Directly contact the steel material during the rolling process and are subjected to high wear and tear.
- Backup Rolls: Support the work rolls and help maintain the desired rolling gap.
- Intermediate Rolls: Used in certain rolling processes to shape the steel material before it passes through the work rolls.
Materials:
- Alloy Steel: Offers excellent wear resistance, toughness, and heat resistance.
- Cast Steel: Provides good strength and wear resistance at a lower cost compared to alloy steel.
- Work Roll Steel: Specially formulated steel with optimized properties for work roll applications.
Forged Rolls
Forged rolls are produced by heating steel billets and shaping them into the desired roll shape using forging processes. This method ensures high mechanical properties and uniform microstructure.
Types of Forged Rolls:
- Work Rolls: Forged work rolls are known for their excellent wear resistance and toughness.
- Backup Rolls: Forged backup rolls provide high strength and durability.
Cast Iron Rolls
Cast iron rolls are made by pouring molten iron into molds to create the desired roll shape. They are often used in less demanding applications or as backup rolls.
Types of Cast Iron Rolls:
- Gray Iron Rolls: Offer good machinability and wear resistance.
- Ductile Iron Rolls: Provide higher strength and toughness compared to gray iron.
TC Rolls and Rings
TC rolls and rings are made from a special type of cast iron alloy known as Toccochrome. This alloy offers excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, and thermal shock resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications.
HSS Rolls
High-Speed Steel (HSS) rolls are used in high-speed rolling mills where high production rates are required. HSS offers excellent cutting and finishing properties, allowing for precise shaping of the steel material.
Applications:
Our steel mill rolls, forged rolls, cast iron rolls, TC rolls and rings, and HSS rolls are used in various steel rolling processes, including:
- Hot Rolling: Shaping steel at high temperatures.
- Cold Rolling: Shaping steel at room temperature.
- Plate Rolling: Producing steel plates.
- Bar Rolling: Producing steel bars.
- Section Rolling: Producing steel sections like beams and channels.
Quality and Standards:
We are committed to providing high-quality steel mill rolls that meet or exceed industry standards. Our products are manufactured to comply with international standards such as ASTM, ASME, and DIN.
By offering a wide range of steel mill rolls, we aim to meet the diverse needs of our customers and provide reliable and efficient solutions for their steel rolling operations.
